Oracle Fusion Project Manager (Certified – 10+ Years Experience)

Position Overview

The Oracle Fusion Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations — from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and post-go-live support.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud, proven project leadership in complex enterprise environments, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and PaaS).

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and Oracle.

  • Conduct and manage requirement workshops, scope definition, and solution design validation.

  • Coordinate between functional and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Identify project risks and mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with contractual and quality standards.

  • Manage project governance, change control, documentation, and reporting.

  • Oversee testing, training, and post-go-live support activities.

  • Ensure all projects meet Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and public-sector delivery standards.

  • Contribute to pre-sales activities, RFPs, and proposal preparation as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.

  • Oracle Certified Project Management Professional / Oracle Cloud Certification – mandatory.

  • Strong functional understanding of ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale government or enterprise transformation projects.

  • PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
