Position Overview

The Oracle Fusion PaaS Developer will be responsible for developing and supporting extensions, integrations, and custom solutions on Oracle Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Visual Builder (VBCS), Application Composer, and related Oracle Cloud tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy integrations, extensions, and custom applications using Oracle PaaS tools such as:

    • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

    • Visual Builder (VBCS)

    • Application Composer

    • Process Automation & Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs)

  • Collaborate with functional consultants (ERP, HCM, SCM) to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and data models using BI Publisher and OTBI.

  • Work on data migration, conversions, and integrations between Oracle Cloud and on-premise systems.

  • Perform unit testing, documentation, and deployment of all PaaS deliverables.

  • Support post-implementation enhancements, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure compliance with Oracle Cloud security and development standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical development.

  • Oracle Certified Developer / PaaS Specialist (mandatory).

  • Hands-on experience with OIC, VBCS, PCS, REST/SOAP APIs, ADF, and XML/JSON.

  • Strong knowledge of Fusion Application architecture and data models.

  • Experience in integrating Oracle Cloud with third-party systems.

  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and web technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with multi-functional teams.
