Position Overview
The Oracle Fusion Project Manager will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations — from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and post-go-live support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle ERP/HCM/SCM Cloud, proven project leadership in complex enterprise environments, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud projects (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM, and PaaS).
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and Oracle.
Conduct and manage requirement workshops, scope definition, and solution design validation.
Coordinate between functional and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Identify project risks and mitigation plans, ensuring compliance with contractual and quality standards.
Manage project governance, change control, documentation, and reporting.
Oversee testing, training, and post-go-live support activities.
Ensure all projects meet Oracle Unified Method (OUM) and public-sector delivery standards.
Contribute to pre-sales activities, RFPs, and proposal preparation as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Oracle Certified Project Management Professional / Oracle Cloud Certification – mandatory.
Strong functional understanding of ERP, HCM, and SCM modules.
Proven experience in managing large-scale government or enterprise transformation projects.
PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
