Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant (Certified – 5+ Years Experience)

Position Overview

The Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Oracle best practices. The ideal candidate should be certified and experienced in multiple HCM modules with strong client-facing and solution delivery skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, and Performance Management.

  • Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, gap analysis, and design sessions with clients.

  • Configure HCM modules based on business needs and best practices.

  • Support system integration between HCM and other Oracle Cloud modules (ERP, SCM).

  • Prepare functional and technical documentation, UAT scripts, and user training materials.

  • Provide post-go-live support, enhancements, and ongoing system optimization.

  • Collaborate with Oracle technical teams, HR leaders, and project managers to ensure project success.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementation and support.

  • Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist (HCM Cloud) – mandatory.

  • In-depth functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent modules.

  • Experience in data migration, reporting, and workflow configuration.

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical thinking and solution design capabilities.

  • English fluency is required; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
