Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant (Certified – 5+ Years Experience)

Position Overview

The Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements, accounting standards, and Oracle Cloud best practices.

This role requires hands-on implementation experience and the ability to collaborate with technical and functional teams to deliver robust finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Fixed Assets (FA)

    • Cash Management (CM)

    • Expense Management and Budgetary Control

  • Conduct business requirement workshops and prepare functional design documents.

  • Perform gap analysis and propose efficient solutions aligning with Oracle best practices.

  • Configure and test Financial modules, including setups, workflows, and reporting.

  • Integrate Oracle Financials with other Fusion modules (Procurement, SCM, HCM).

  • Provide training, user manuals, and post-go-live support.

  • Participate in project planning, UAT, and go-live activities.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud.

  • Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – Financials Cloud (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of financial processes, IFRS principles, and reporting structures.

  • Experience with OTBI, FRS, and data migration tools is an advantage.

  • Excellent communication and client engagement skills.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical mindset.

  • English fluency required; Arabic is a plus.
