Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems or a related field is typically required.
• Certifications in the proposed ERP solution, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Certifications in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.
• Certifications in related technologies such as SQL, data analysis, business analysis, specific programming languages & security.
• Certifications in integration tools or specific programming languages.
Experience:
o At least 5 years of experience in ERP integration and support, preferably with exposure to cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud1, Oracle Cloud2, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud.
o Experience in integrating ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics with other applications and systems related to Airline industry.
o Experience in working with appropriate integration tools.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning and designing the integration architecture and strategy for the cloud-based ERP solution and the on-premises infrastructure of the airline company.
- Developing, testing, and deploying the integration solutions using cloud services, APIs, frameworks, and tools that ensure interoperability, scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Collaborating with other integrators, developers, consultants, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality integration solutions that align with the business objectives and customer expectations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues and providing support and maintenance for the integration solutions.
- Researching and evaluating new technologies and best practices that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the integration process and the integration solutions.
- Delivering integration solutions that meet the quality standards and deadlines of the airline company.
- Ensuring compliance with the industry regulations and policies regarding data privacy, security, and governance.
- Documenting the integration design, development and deployment processes and procedures.
- Providing training and guidance to other integrators, developers, and users on how to use the integration solutions.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement and innovation of the integration process and the integration tools.
