The requirements and qualifications for specialized technical workers (Support Technical) are quite comprehensive and specific. Training Certificates:

  1. All technicians must have a certificate accredited by Microsoft.
  2. All technicians must have at least one of the following certifications: a. Accredited certificate in the field of computer maintenance (A COMPTIA +) b. MCSE/MCSA/MCP for Windows 10

Technical Skills:  The ability to repair and install computers, configure them, and address all their problems.

  1. The ability to repair and install printers and scanners and configure their applications on devices.
  2. Proficiency in the English language.
  3. The applicant must have a technical diploma or higher.
  4. Sufficient experience and knowledge in solving technical problems and providing technical support remotely.
  5. He must have at least three (3) years of experience in the field of computers, their problems, and accessories such as printers and scanners.
  6. He must have the ability to install all the programs transferred to him by the Customer.
  7. To have basic information about network protocols.

Professionalism and Conduct: He must have the ability to solve all technical problems on his own.

  1. To be able to develop his technical skills and keep up with developments in the field of technology and information.
  2. To have the ability to study and understand the computer field environment at the Kuwait Customer.
  3. He must have good morals and treatment; have tact in speaking and the ability to communicate with others and good looking.
  4. To be quick in implementing instructions issued to him.
  5. The technician must commit to transferring his technical expertise when going to any site to solve problems related to the computer and its accessories to the Kuwaiti employee accompanying him from the Technical Support Department.
  6. Follow and adhere to the official working hours of the Technical Support Department.

Work Ethics: Working within the framework of the work philosophy and objectives, the applicable system and laws, and under the supervision of work centers at the Customer sites and according to work requirements.

  1. To successfully pass the personal interview and technical test by the Technical Support Department.

These requirements ensure that the specialized technical workers are not only technically skilled but also possess the necessary professionalism, communication abilities, and commitment to providing high-quality technical support. They must also be adaptable to new technologies and willing to share their knowledge within the team.
