Solutions Architect

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, information systems, aviation management, engineering, or a related field.

• Certifications in relevant enterprise architecture

• Certifications in the proposed ERP solution, such as SAP, Oracle, etc.

• Certifications in cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.

• Certifications in related technologies such as SQL, data analysis, business analysis, specific programming languages & security.


Experience:

o At least 10 years of experience in multiple IT areas and knowledge of architectural methodologies and frameworks.

o At least 8 years of experience in the proposed ERP, enterprise architecture, and related technologies such as cloud computing, big data, data analysis, business analysis, specific programming languages & security and web service.

o A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Systems Architect in the aviation industry or a similar industry with through airline industry standards and regulations.

o Knowledge of the industry and domain of the organization, such as airline operations, finance, supply chain, human resources, and localization, etc.

o Knowledge of the industry and its business processes, regulations, standards, best practices, specific needs, and challenges.

o Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Providing recommendations and roadmaps for the proposed solutions.

- Performing design, debug, and performance analysis on the solutions.

- Documenting and sharing best practice knowledge for the solutions.

- Advocating for process improvements and helping develop solutions.

- Regularly communicating new features and benefits to partners, customers, and other stakeholders.

- Providing technical leadership to the team throughout the project lifecycle.

- Monitoring cloud activity and addressing bugs.

- Developing proof-of-concept to validate proposed solutions.

- Reviewing and validating solutions designs from other team members.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.

- Ensuring compliance with the airline industry regulations and policies regarding data privacy, security, and governance.

- Experience in working with stakeholders from different domains, such as business, IT, finance, operations, etc. and to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
