• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
• Certifications in the proposed ERP solution, such as SAP, Oracle, etc. and their core modules.
• Certifications in proposed cloud computing, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Certified Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect.
o Knowledge and skills in cloud computing platforms and services, such as IBM Cloud, Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.
o Knowledge and skills in cloud-based ERP systems for the airline industry, such as IBM Airline Industry Solutions, SAP for Airlines, or Oracle Airline Data Model.
o Knowledge and skills in mixed software environments, such as Unix and Windows, and tools for cloud storage management, high availability, cloud migration, and optimization of cloud costs.
o Knowledge and skills in DevOps concepts and practices, such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, automation, orchestration, etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning, designing, managing, maintaining, and supporting cloud computing applications for the airline industry.
- Migrating legacy applications and data to the cloud platform using tools and methods that ensure minimal disruption and maximum performance.
- Developing and testing new cloud-native applications using microservices architecture and agile methodology.
- Monitoring and analyzing network performance, security, availability, and reliability of the cloud infrastructure and applications.
- Troubleshooting operational problems and resolving technical issues related to the cloud environment.
- Communicating and collaborating with other IT teams, vendors, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of cloud services and solutions.
